There was a mice infestation for over 6 months and the property manager did nothing to help. We had to confront them multiple times to do something about it and they even tried to not pay for the damaged items at first. Save your time and money. All the electrical wires are messed up due to the train constantly going by.

I love the roof deck! It is a great place to get my sun tan and get some work done. I am a model, so I need to stay in shape, and the gym is really a huge help on days when I can't make it to equinox or am working from home. Love it!

Insane utility bills/hidden fees. Flickering lights non stop worse when train goes by. Train is so loud and building shakes.
Less than 2 years old foundation cracking and black mold. No one picks up after their dogs. Doors are constantly broken. Stolen packages.
