Overall everything is nice, clean and easy to access. Walls are a little thin but have not run into any issues yet. Not a bad place to live.

The building always underprepares food for the 1200 residents living here. Every time we arrived on time at a social event, half the food was already gone and looks like the portion was only prepared for 30 people. Also, we are never provided with any notices or updates for smaller repair projects that directly impact us. As of right now, there's an industrial fan blowing right outside our door for more than 12 hours. Seems like there was a leak in the roof, but no one told us anything. Also do... not understand why the coffee machine was moved from the lounge to the lobby--no one wants to walk in front of the concierge in their PJs to get their morning coffee. And now non-residents can just walk into the lobby and get a free coffee. One good thing I can say is one of the concierge guys (the one who always dresses up) and the maintenance guy (Nate) are very nice.
