Outstanding The kitchen faucet and the spray nozzle were both replaced. The garbage disposal was also replaced. All items are working properly. Maintenance was courteous and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. Thank you for all your hard work and getting the work done quickly.

I moved in so fast.. Patiently waited for the right unit and price. The leasing office was extremely communicative. Once I found a free day, I completed the tour, chose a unit, and moved in all in that day. So far, the residents are great, and the grounds are beautiful.

you don't want to live here
Since early last year Abbot Mill has been under new management. In that time, things have gone from bad to worse. Many residents are now moving out. You can expect weekly emails with new rules demands such as increasing fees and new policies that you must comply with or face penalties. The staff are rude and transactional. They are trying to squeeze every penny they can from residents, and many of us are fed up and leaving. There are better alternatives in the area. Trust me... you don't want... to live here.

Look for red flags!
There are many reasons why you shouldn't rent here. 100+ page restrictive contract should be the first red flag. They will have you sign away many rights and insist on many bizarre and controlling provisions in the lease. Read it very carefully. Your car will likely be towed or they will fine you for putting holiday decorations on your door. It is a very transactional place and management doesn't seem to really care about the community. It is overpriced for what you get, and most tenants... don't stay long. I'm glad I could finally leave here. There are better options in the area. Don't be seduced by the high ceilings and hardwood floors. It isn't worth it.
