I have always wanted to move into a loft so i looked the Bostononian Shoe Lofts. From the first phone call to the actual showing of the apt, i was impressed. The apts are gorgeous with stainless steel appliances with the washer & dryer in unit! I dealt with.Colton most of the time & he was always pleasant on the phone & in person. They moved me in sooner than i imagined. I lived on the fourth floor which i loved. Whenever i had a complaint, it was handled immediately! Sadly, i had to move due to... my job but i would live there again .

I've been living here for a few years now. I think the management has recently changed and a wave of new people moved in. This place is a smoker's paradise. You can smoke inside your apartment, which drifts through the paper thin walls into other people's apartments. There is so much smoke in my apartment, it's like strangers sitting on my own couch in my own living room smoking. It's just that much smoke - constantly. I never get a break from it. They raise the rent every year now. I was kinda... lazy in trying to find another place to stay, but the smoking issue is outrageous, the only good thing about it is that the smoking is a motivator for me to find another place. I'm looking right now.
