How Is This Rating Determined?

Don't waste your money

Unfortunately I got stuck with this place, I'm getting out of here ASAP. The apartments are hardly maintained and wasn't cleaned when I moved in. Good luck getting ahold of anyone in the leasing office. I have to walk through bushes hitting my face just to get inside the door. Now they're putting up more buildings on the same street but can't even take care of the ones that are already here.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Management is horrible, not worth the price point, property is not maintained, pool is advertised but hasn't been open since I have been here.
