She was there even for the very small questions I had, which really were mostly about making me comfortable about my decision. I feel confident about my move-in and my home here at Bayshore Landing. I've been here for a month and enjoyed every day. The maintenance service is responsive. The neighbors are friendly. I feel safe. My dog is happy. It is quiet and clean... . I really could not ask for more. Thank you.

I love staying in Bayshore Landing. It’s kid’s friendly, beautiful and quiet environment, the staff are so friendly, plenty and safe parking spots. The maintenance team is very efficient and timely, thumbs up to Keith.

Staff (Alana) are great. Maintenance staff are very responsive. My apartment is quiet and peaceful. This is just what I needed to move in and transition to my next phase in life. So far so good!

Managment has improved. Maintenance service is very good. Grounds are not kept as well as they used to be. Compulsory Trash Service is not great, sloppy and now consistent.
