Great apartment/Great landlord
You should move in here! This is a great house in a great neighborhood, with a fantastic responsive landlord. This apartment is the size of a house. I lived here for many years and loved every minute. The environment is very peaceful, great for walks and hikes. Great schools nearby. The wood burning fireplace is perfect for the winter, and the screened in porch and huge balcony are perfect for the spring, summer and fall. There is a great community environment. You will be happy here.

Fantastic Renting Experience
We just moved away from this unit after living there for two years. And we only left because it was time for home ownership. The neighbors are kind, the neighborhood is safe and is in walking distance to great restaurants, and the landlord is the best we've had. He's great at fixing any issues ASAP. You won't regret renting this apartment!

Beautiful Apartment! Attentive Care.
As a former resident of two of this owners properties, the apartments and buildings are extremely well maintained. The second floor apt at 1814 Sulgrave is a hidden gem in Baltimore City. Very spacious with a beautifully unique historic design. Old build, but cozy. Seriously, a wood burning fireplace?! This place is a find, plus the building owner vets all tenants to ensure a great living environment for all.
