I was looking for a single apartment that was not ridiculously expensive, within walking distance to the hospital, and provided a decent price-to-space ratio. This property was perfect for my needs. Property management was always responsive; I did not have any major issues and the few small things that happened were taken care of expeditiously. You do sacrifice some luxury amenities compared to other buildings, but I would rather enjoy the benefits of saving money. Parking is slim within the... building, but I was able to park on the street otherwise with no problems in the evening after work.
