I've been here for about 11 months, and I could not be happier I love the loft layout. Lauren Leasing Specialist is super accommodating and kind. I haven't meet everyone in the complex, but everyone I have met so far has been very nice as well. It's a nice little gem that's kind of tucked away, but still close to EVERYTHING I work at JHU and it only takes me about 7 minutes to get to work. I'm really looking forward to the summer because everyone tells me that the pool is the place to be. Last... but not least, Harrison the maintenance guy is the man. He is always a pleasure to speak with and is very responsive to any needs you may have. All in all... very happy here

Great escape in the city
Modern apartment built into the shell of an old factory. All the modern conveniences with all the charm of the historic mill community. Friendly neighbors. Lovely private garden. The most spectacular pool. Don't feel like cooking, go across the street to one of the finest restaurants in Maryland. Short walk to the light rail. Go downtown & leave the car at home.

Beautiful community with unique apartments
I’ve lived at Assembly for a year and have been happy with my apartment and the community. There is maintenance on site during the week, and the leasing agent, Lauren has been super helpful with any needs I’ve had. The warmer months tend to bring a lot more traffic to the area with Woodberry Kitchen and the glass gallery having weddings, but I’ve never had an issue with disturbances from it. This is apartment living, so I do hear my neighbors from time to time, but never anything intolerable,... and certainly better than at other apartments I’ve lived. All in all, a great experience and I will most likely live here until I’m ready to buy.
