Currently living here and for the most part LOVE it!
This apartment complex is very nice as far as amenities go.. free parking, washer/dryer and AC in home, no charge for water usage, secure keyed entry/exit, etc. The 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious and appliances are all brand new. I really love living here. The only thing I don't like is how noisy all the neighborhood kids are in the summer when they play outside. The complex is U-shaped with the parking lot and a large grassy area in the center of it. So when the kids are outside playing... you can hear everything!! I don't like that they don't have a curfew or something in place .. these kids hang outside ALL night, up until midnight most nights. They are not threatening as usually they're between the ages of 5 and 13 but its just very loud sometimes. The building is behind John Hopkins medical center as well so you have to get used to hearing ambulances and police sirens all the time. Overall, the value of the amenities is what makes me stay.. and you can't beat the price.
