james was more helpful than any other maintenance man i’ve ever had he fixed my problem that i had for over a year immediately & he communicated the with me the entire process so i knew what was going on

This place is infested with rodents!! The entire year I lived here exterminator only came once! I had to purchase my own traps and I caught more than 5 mice while being an occupant!! Maintenance is also horrible took almost 3 months for our kitchen light to replaced. Please don’t waste your time. The apartment buildings are not cleaned too often. Homeless people sleeping in the laundry rooms, dryers in laundry room hardly work, etc. I can go on and on about the issues I’ve experienced living... here for only a year. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

They drag their feet to make repairs we had an inspection in June I told them about my repairs & they did nothing I had to call the inspector in October to make them do their job they open & close the office when they feel like it I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog

Lived here 5 years and paid rent on time even during pandemic for this new Management (3rd one) to come in and tell us we have to move and they don’t have to tell us why! Mice , refrigerator broke for 2 years , roaches because they’re not spraying anymore , pulled up hallway floor and brought some kind of bug biting us on our ankles! HORRIBLE PLACE AND NEW MANAGEMENT! DONT MOVE HERE ITS ALL A FAKE!
