You get what you pay for

Of over two years, I've had numerous problems, the leading problem being my doorknob. In two separate apartments, the knob would come loose. I was locked in my apartment while the handle kept turning without opening and I had to get my Uber driver to come let me out.
After the other issues I've had, it was easier to temporarily tighten the knob every couple of weeks than to tell the front desk and have them send someone to do the same exact thing.

Previous reviews are extremely false/misleading

Extreme roach problem in the entire building. Maintenance guy does his best but there is one guy for 10 floors of apartments so your repairs end up being bare minimum quality at best. Laundry room is in moldy dark basement level of the building with flies flying all over the place. The building residents are a wide variety so some floors are quiet and others are rambunctious and reek of cigarette smoke. Management is subpar at best with extreme delay times/minimum presence in building on weekly... basis so you may or may not be able to pick up packages for days at a time. Questionable front desk receptionist who has guest in the afternoons that appear to be strung out addicts. No security- 1 out of 2 elevators NEVER work. Just don't live in this building--it's truly not worth the $$$ you will have to spend and the anxiety of roaches running all over your personal space.

A gem in the city for young professionals starting out or students

I have lived in Saint Paul Regency for two and a half years. While it is not the most luxurious place to live in Baltimore City, it is one of the best affordable places in a prime (and safe) location close to Penn station and downtown. I pay $740/ month for a sizable studio, and I like it. The building's staff, on the downside, could be better.

Perfect place

I"been living in this apartment for 5 years, I use to move in and out from many properties b/c noises, not clean, not safe, parking issues etc. but since I moved here I feel like I lived in my own house. If u guys tired of in one of those, trust me this is the perfect spot for you. Very clean rooms, free Gym 24/7, pay your rent online or by credit card, friendly front desk, with secured door in and out 24/7, convenient trash removals in each floor, free parking and worry free neighborhood(mount... Vernon). Plus you think the rent is expensive after all this service.NO it's not!! I pay 760 for studio in this nice and quite neighborhood. Trust me u don't need your car even for shopping, Starbucks and liquor store or if u wanna hang out one of this clubs just one block away from it. Red maple, Grand central, Eden's lounge etc...okay people I'm not a big writer, but trust me this place worth
It!!!!
