I've lived at the Lucie over a month and I love it! Just what I needed. All the stores I shop at is so close and convenient. I feel the area is safe. I would definitely recommend .

building is nice, modern, nice amenities, mostly clean. office is not the best (communication, organization, competence) and neither is maintenance

The move in packet was really helpful. I love my unit so far. Maintenance is super quick to respond when things need fixed or repaired. Leasing staff is very friendly.

I love the floorplan of my apartment. Gym and library are awsome and I use them regularly. The whole community is neat and fancy. Neighbors are also considerate and polite.
