We are leaving our comfortable family home for the spring, and our home is available from now until 7/15. The upstairs has a bathroom with tub/shower, as well as three bedrooms which are fully furnished with a king sized bed, a full sized bed, and a... set of sturdy bunk beds.

The downstairs has a recently remodeled kitchen stocked with cooking supplies, a gas range, and a refrigerator with in-door ice/water, and an open walled dining room. The front room is bright and sunny with a couple of couches and a piano.

The back of the downstairs contains the second bathroom, as well as a large living area with a wrap around sofa, stereo system, roll-top desk, bookshelves, and a wood burning fireplace to keep you warm.

The home includes a front and backyard with patio and firepit as well as central air and heating. Everything you need for backyard entertaining is included, including a grill, yard games, firepit, etc.

Our neighborhood is bisected by a lovely foot/bike path which runs the length of College Park, and our neighborhood park, which has tennis and basketball courts, plenty of grass, a pavillion with grills, and a recently built playground. As a result, this is a perfect location for families - it's a quiet neighborhood with easy access to great dining, public transit, Lake Artemesia, and everything the University and DC have to offer.
