I would recommend Stonehaven I have lived here for 7 years. I live near the trash area and yes it gets backed up but the people who work here are always cleaning the area to make sure it is not backed up. I can see this because my balcony faces the area. I see Aldo and Jim always there cleaning and even on weekends. Christina and Kyra are very pleasant and always have a smile or stop to chat if we run into each other. These people work very hard to keep this complex clean and nice for all of us....

We got catfished
I signed a 12-month lease with StoneHaven and was so disapointed with the apartment that I only lived here for 1 week before moving out. The leasing office demanded that I pay them for 3-months rent in order to leave. Adding the cost of the movers to get me out of there, my 7 days at StoneHaven was a $7000.00 mistake. When we signed the lease they were only showing properties virtually (due to COVID), so I did not see many of these serious problems:
1. There is a massive high-voltage power... line that runs along the front of the property. There is research showing that close proximity to high-voltage power lines is correlated to increased risk of leukemia in children and other health issues.
2. The neighborhood is unsafe. The crime statistics for the immediate vicinity is disturbingly high. Robberies and break-ins are very common in this area according to recent police reports. Watching another resident in the complex obsessively lock multiple security devices on his truck, I believe that property theft is probably a well-known and common occurence here. One neighbor left a note on the mailbox expressing his/her frustration about a package being stolen from his front doorstep.
3. The building is cheaply constructed. The finishes look great in pictures, but the plumbing and flooring is in unacceptable condition. If your neighbor (above you or next to you) decides to urinate in the middle of the night, you will wake up from the screeching pipes as the water rushes through them near your bedroom. The footsteps upstairs echo very loudly and I don't believe anyone is stomping -- it's just because the plywood floor does not mask the noise. The best you can hope for is that your neighbors wake up for work after you do -- otherwise you should get into a new routine.
4. The building is directly under a BWI flight path -- the planes fly low and are very loud overhead.
If the neighbors' evening bathroom habits don't keep you up at night, worrying about your property being stolen or giving your child cancer probably will. This place is not worth the money. There are many other apartment complexes nearby that will not add this kind of stress to your life and are much better value.

Thank you for taking the time to share your point of view. We're disappointed that you didn't have a positive experience. We never want any of our residents or prospects to feel misinformed when moving in. We encourage all research on any community... you choose to live in. We also welcome anyone to chat with current residents or drive through the community at any time. We are highly occupied at the current moment and unfortunately, there are financial penalties when breaking a lease. This is a common practice by any community. We wish we could have had the opportunity to work towards changing your experience, but we wish you the best of luck in your next home.

Worst apartment I've ever lived in!!! Avoid!!!
By far, the worst experience I have ever had living in an apartment. Also the most expensive. If you have upstairs neighbors, you will hear every footstep, toilet flush, etc. This particularly becomes a problem if your neighbors are inconsiderate and keep odd hours. Both upstairs neighbors I have had while living here have been super loud and inconsiderate. I can't remember the last time I actually got a decent night's rest. I regularly encounter litter around the grounds and nobody seems to... pick up after their dog. While the leasing staff are nice and the maintenance folks are outstanding, I can't stand living here and can't wait to get out.
