This is not an awful place to live but not the best either. It is noisy and parking is hard at time due it being public parking. they are now charging for water but are unable to replace the old decrepit windows in the apartments. These windows don't seal properly and let the heat and air conditioning out. When the wind blows you can see your curtains move and feel it inside if you are near the windows also a hard wind blown rain and they leak. I spend a fortune in electric every month for the... studio apartment here (over 100$ a month) I have lived here since June and have spend almost 1000.00$ on electric. My a/c in the summer at 78 and heat in the winter at 68. I'm not sure I will be renewing my lease as the are now charging for water on new leases and can't fix the horrible windows. Don't be fooled I never thought my electric and gas would run so high for only 551 sqft. Cute studio but costly.
