There have been three owners since 2019. The only people who like it here anymore are drug dealers and petty thieves. No one answers the phone most of the time. The office is only open for a few hours in the morning on weekdays. The mailboxes freeze shut. They hardly even shovel for safety. Work orders are backed-up three to five years. I know the good review was written by someone who does not feel that way anymore. The prices are absolutely NOT worth it. Several people have moved in and moved... right back out in a month. NO KIDDING. I'm moving and there a couple seeking other housing who are willing to LOSE money to get out. Spare yourselves and look elsewhere.

Been here for 12 years after moving here when my husband got out of active duty and joined the national Guard. It's very quite and pet friendly. The rooms are huge and ton of space i have a family of 5 plus 6 pets. The schools are good and close to shopping and the hospital and the police depaetment is only a block away.
