This was a really nice community to live in, but new management are never at the office, they don’t answer phone calls or say they’re going to fix things and you keep waiting and waiting and nothing. They don’t care at all about their tenants just the money.

Don’t let the good reviews fool you. The place is a mess ever since new management took over. Trash is all over the place and now many tenants have rats or rodent problems. No one in the office to take care of problems. If you’re looking to move here drive by one day and look at the trash to realize bad reviews are true.

The community amenities and apartment amenities are not accurate at this time. Owner is advertising amenities before installing them. There is no sauna or playground. Trash is definitely not included as an amenity. Leasing staff has yet to work a full day as stated by their hours of operation. There is no onsite maintenance. Services are contracted out. It takes a month or longer to have a maintenance worker fix any service request submitted. The service request tab has been removed from... app and online to make it harder to request service. Leasing office does not return phone calls if you leave a message. Machines in washroom are not all fully operational. If you’re looking for a rental community don’t bother with this place all they want is the rent.

New management took over in December and things are terrible. There’s never anyone in the office and the property is not cared for. Trash all over the place and can’t get anyone for maintenance to help. Increased prices yet the management running this place is terrible just collecting checks but not fixing anything

Working in property management makes me a stickler for things that the average eye cannot pick
up on. Jessica has been nothing short of amazing. Whenever I have an issue, which is seldom... she
gets back to me as soon as possible with a concrete answer. She wastes no time with ensuring my
home is in tip top shape and treats it like her own. I know I may drive her crazy, but she never
gives off an attitude or frustration with all she has going on. The maintenance team is GREAT also
They are clean... , concise and get it done. I did have a slight issue with a critter once and pest control
was in my home the same day. I could go on and on and rave about Jessica and her wonderful
maintenance team. I enjoy my stay here and my home is so pretty and comfortable.
