I just moved in and I though the place was amazing only to find out the apartment is infested with roaches they won’t go away, the sink is clogged and and my window doesn’t close properly so my room is freezing. Yayyy

John is the absolute BEST. He readily helped me out with everything that I needed. if I had to go through the process of applying and everything again, I would definitely do it as he made everything a breeze

There should be washer dryer in each unit. It is having spacious living room but can hear the noises from adjacent and upper floor people walking steps and other noises too.

I have been living in the apartment for one and half a year. I am happy to give Ivan a 5 star rating for his excellent work. Ivan did an excellent job . He arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue, and explained the solution clearly. His professionalism, efficiency, and friendly attitude stood out, and he ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving.
