The best and most affordable apartments in the Gaithersburg area! Maintenance requests are resolved quickly, making it a great place to live, close to all grocery stores and conveniently near the RIO for hanging out.

It is a nice and clean community. Not much noise except for the garbage truck. We are glad that It is accessible and nearby to buses, stores and gas stations.

Excellent location, great amenities, staff is very cool.
Lots of things to do in the neibourhood, you got a variety of restaurants. Washingtonian Rio is very close and nice for walking.

Great location, management is not quick to respond to resident concerns and requires several attempts to have someone answer you. Maintenance however is wonderful.

Since moving to the neighborhood i’ve really enjoyed the peace and quiet in addition me and my wife enjoy being able to casual walk over to the rip lake front and enjoy a meal or even a movie
