Don't waste your time here. The main building at least is very dirty. Beneath surface level renovations, the apartments are disgusting. There are major safety concerns and there is no quality of living here.

You're not allowed to deadbolt your door if you're leaving your place, can only do it when locking from the inside. When asking management they said its a "security concern" if you can deadbolt your door from the outside? You get what you pay for, but security concern would make me look elsewhere.

Place isn't super superb or absolutely amazing but it's a nice place to live as you continue to grow and further your life. Staff is down to earth which is hard to find now days in apartments that have this many tenants. I'm sure they deal with a bunch of complaints...but it's apartment living and I've seen and dealt with way worse...

The management does not actually take care of the property. They make outward updates to make it look better, but don't actually fix the issues. There are lots of mice everywhere and they call the pest control only after complaining for days. They constantly have issues with hot water and there is no consistency. Apparently, they fixed it. This building is at least 35 years old, though it feels more along like 85. Pipes inbetween walls constantly shake & make noise. So much cold air thru balcony door, frost on inside windows in winter, Quick responsive maintenance but useless & lazy.
