I have been a resident for 12 years.
The grounds are well kept.
Managment is alway's prompt to respond to my maintenance requests.
I am close to public transportation, restaurants, entertainment and stores.
Management is great!
My apartment is my cozy little home!

It's been beautiful for the most part . I have no major issues with the leasing office or property managers . Kim was my favorite of them all . the rent has gone high which is a concern to many considering we have to part all utilities but its a beautiful and safe place to raise a child.
