Customer Service is trash
They do not pick up the phone ever, they are rude, they leave out information. Disappointed is not even the word.

Management very helpful
Management was very acccomodating to my special needs. I am very pleased with how fast assistance was provided with my phone calls and/ or any other form of communication send to them to make it easy to get jobs done in my apartment. Thank you

horrible customer service
Horrible place ever ! Never was told about how parking works until AFTER i had signed my lease. Crossing a busy intersection with babies is not ok! Not to mention is roaches coming out of no where. Cannot wait until lease is over.

Filled with bed bugs and roaches.
Lived there for a year. Was a terrible experience. Had a roof leaking the whole time I was there. The management is nothin but noise makers. Only talk but no show. Never had a good sleep neither was my 4 months old son. Couldn’t wait for the lease contract to expire.
I don’t recommend this to a friend.
