Yes the apartments are spacious but THEY ARE INFESTED WITH MICE AND ROACHES. Their definition of helping the problem is giving you a can of roach spray and 2 mouse traps. They refuse to fix anything bathroom ceiling is constantly leaking and even when they see it all the gonna say is no good cut a hole out and patch it up. You will have the same problem next week. Don't even get me started on that rental office.

Nice and quiet apartments. Neighbors are very helpful and good also plenty of room for children to play. Free swimming pool and fitness room.

Infested with roaches and rodents. dilapidating structures which include leaking ceiling in bathroom, shower system always getting. Gated community with enctrance gate always getting bad and open. Potholes at the entrance gates and buildings that have been burnt for over a year without repair.Stay away if you don't want you or your family to get sick.

I didn’t get to rent an apartment due to fires that destroyed a few 2 bedroom units, but after submitting an application and spending $70 on the application I got a full refund that day. Rental staff are very professional and nice.

Maple Ridge Apartment is a neat, cool, well-organized and well-situated (for access to Metro bus, grocery stores, schools, etc) apartment. The members of staff here are excellent and always ready to listen to tenants’ complaints for immediate attention and solution. One of them by name, Vianney, is very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, hospitable, and possesses great customer-relationship qualities and always ready to assist tenants/intending tenants with their rental questions. Each time I... complained about one thing or the other, it was always given immediate attention. The maintenance staff are great and respond to requests the same day or next depending on when the complaint was made in the office. After the work schedule, you would still be reminded prior to the actual day and time and they never fail. It is a well-organized apartment where emphasis is placed in noise reduction and consideration of other tenants. I recently left the apartment to another state for a new job and I would want to be there any time I go back to Maryland for another job. When you maintain their apartment well, your security deposit will not be tampered with. I received my security deposit with INTEREST after parking. I have equally recommended many people that are currently enjoying the apartment. I would undoubtedly recommend this place for anyone and it is also affordable. Read More
