Overall Aventura at Contee Crossing is an amazing place to live.. very convenient.. very homey… very much worth my the price. If you are looking for resort style living this is the place to be. The closet space is unmatched as well!

I have lived in this community since 2019, but unfortunately, I will be moving first of the year 2025. Great location, love the new amenities, and upgrades to the apartments. Staff has always been helpful in resaving any issues I've had. Really gonna miss this place :-(

Living here is great but there needs to be sometime of accountability or respect as far as loud noise and disruptions after 11 pm.
I pay my rent just as every one else but some type of respect factor as a neighbor should be in place.
