3rd year here and I love it. Neighbors are very sweet. Quiet neighborhood which is such a huge plus. Amenities are good and they just installed new washers and dryers which work great!

Rats in the parking lot, holes in the wall.
Great location. Spacious apartments. Wish the owners would renovate the exterior and entryways. Taking care of the rats in the parking lot would be a great start.

It’s a good place to live minus all the rats outside and lack of maintenance. Overall it’s a big apartment space, no roaches or mice inside the home

I have lived here two years and my Kia was stolen twice. The neighborhood seems ok but I would love to see the security be more present. The 1st year was tough because of the upstairs neighbors. But since they left it’s been much better. The property is kept pretty clean. There are posts of activities for the kids.
