Happy to call The Current at Watershed home. It’s a lovely community. The homes are very spacey and the large kitchen island is my all time favorite part as I love cooking and have plenty space to do so.

I've gained such a sense of peace and calm in my life after moving to the Current at Watershed. This is our fifth rental experience to date, and we've never ever encountered a community that's managed as well as Watershed. The management team and leasing team couldn't be any more helpful. They're communicative, kind, caring, and give you everything you need to feel at home. The maintenance team has also been absolutely top notch - incredibly responsive and helpful, even on the weekends or... after hours.
Most importantly, the community is absolutely exceptional. We needed a space where we could run outside, feel the sunshine, breathe in fresh air, and feel intertwined with nature. The community neighborhood offers everything one needs to feel refreshed and rejuvenated. It's safe, clean, well maintained, has fantastic amenities, and is stunningly gorgeous.
The home itself also couldn't be any better. So much closet space, natural light, a huge kitchen, and many other wonderfully functional aspects to the home. We love the yard and have been enjoying getting to know our neighbors.
Finally, the proximity to a major shopping center has made a world of a difference for me. I used to have to go far out of my way to pick up groceries, and now I have everything I need (groceries, gas, pharmacy, restaurants, retail shopping, etc.) only 4 minutes away.
The location is nicely convenient to Baltimore City (only 20 minutes away), and also a reasonable distance to DC.
We feel so lucky to have stumbled upon the community and would give 20 out of 10 stars if we could!
