My apartment is great and the neighborhood has many great shop and restaurant options. Maintenance and management are not as good as they were a few years ago. It’s often difficult to get ahold of management if you have an issue and sometimes they just ignore you. Maintenance sometimes leaves my front door unlocked and lights on after performing work when I’m not home.

I will speak with maintenance regarding leaving your door unlocked... and making sure they turn off the lights when they complete their service request. The mailroom is always causing trouble, hopefully renovations will fix this, and the constant beeping when entering is very bothering - it is NEVER off.

The leasing made everything easy to understand. And worked fast and tirelessly. I love my new location. The elevators right next to my apt. I love my patio that goes to the pool and lobby. Neighbors, concierge super friendly. Clean apt

Great clean and quiet community Only issues i will say is the odor at the garage very unpleasant. There is a leak as well coming in to the garage hasn’t been fixed for months
