My time here has been pretty good overall. There has been a change in up keep with trash in the parking lot and all over the lawn. It has changed some over the years with the residents not quite as relaxing. But my unit is still great been here a few years and my experience overall pretty good living. My rating has come down due to the kids on complex no control.

I just moved in A couple days ago and everything is really nice really really nice. I love the apartment and I love the area. I met some of the staff in the rental office and everyone seems to be really nice.

SOUTHFIELD APARTMENTS ARE A FANTASTIC PLACE TO LIVE AND RETIRE TOO!!!!! NICE LARGE SPACIOUS APARTMENTS WITH LAUNDRY AND COMPLETE KITCHEN!!!!!! NICE PATIOS OVERLOOKING BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPED GROUNDS!!!! CLOSE TO MAJOR SHOPPING MALLS LIKE WHITE MARSH, AND NEARBY TRACK AND FIELD FOR WALKING AT HONEYGO AND GOUGH PARK!!!!! WONDERFUL MANAGEMENT THAT TAKE CARE OF ANY ISSUES QUICKLY!!!! PLENTY OF NICE WIDE PARKING SPOTS LARGE ENOUGH FOR SUV'S AND PICKUP TRUCKS!!!!! EASY ACCESS TO 95 BOTH NORTH AND... SOUTH!!!!!
