I recommend living in Mira (a loyal resident now lol)
I live in their 30 Mira years ago in a 2B2B and 40 Mira recently in a studio. I come back because they have a really amazing service team. They truly listen and would help you fix the problem.
They have several buildings , 30, 40, 60, 70. 30 doesn't have gym and a small business room but I don't mind as they charge less on rent because of that. 40 mira has fitness room and lounge for party use. 60, 70 built one year earlier than 30, 40/ 60, 70 have gas stoves while 30, 40 have only electric... ones.
Easy access to Amazon fresh and Mom's market for groceries. There is a liquor store downstairs and Cava if you don' t feel like cooking. CVS is also right down the street.
I also like it to be close to the exit 8 on 270. It cost me less time to go to Viriginia and DC comparing I live in central rockville or central bethesda.
Mira doens't have a package room so I recommend you put deliver at door on your deliver address. I did lose package sometimes. :( The management team installed surveilence camera but I doubt it would curb theft.
I did see cockroaches when I first move to my studio but service team came to do several pest controls and now I don't see any roaches. I didn't experience any insect issue when I lived in 30 mira.
I don't encounter any fire alrarm problem in 40 Mira. Fire alram did go off when there is smoke.
Mira offers relatively bigger space with less money and they don't hide their cost by offering you a low rent price but high amenity fee.
