All members of our community staff, including the rental office manager, the assistant manager, and the housekeeping contractors are friendly, as they perform their duties and helpful when a resident needs on the spot help to fulfill an immediate need. For example, I walk with a rollator walker and dropped my key as I came into the lobby. She immediately saw it on the floor, picked it up and put it in my hand. I was very relieved and impressed.

I have been a resident for 13 months, and I have been consistently impressed with the management team, maintenance staff, property condition, and convenient location.
The management team has always been responsive to my needs and inquiries. They are professional, courteous, and helpful. The maintenance staff is prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. They have addressed all of my maintenance requests in a timely manner, and their work is always top-notch.
The property itself is well-maintained... and clean. The amenities are excellent, and the location is ideal for me. I appreciate the convenience of being close to 5 shopping centers and very close the the Twinbrook metro, all within walking distance.
They also host monthly resident events!
Overall, I have had a very positive experience living at The Stories. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I like the location of where I live, but I wish the management would tell us more of what is happening in the building. Instead of us discovering that there is construction happening or that something is not working and that a part is on back order.
