I must admit, since my last review, the maintenance services have significantly improved, and I'm quite impressed. However, I'd like to bring to your attention an issue with the fitness center. Despite having air conditioning, the ventilation is poor, causing the air to become stagnant and CO2 levels to rise, making it uncomfortable. I often have to step outside during my sessions to get some fresh air. I would greatly appreciate it if this could be addressed, perhaps by installing a forced air... system, air intake and exhaust fans, or something similar. Thank you.
