To my dismay, this service reported a criminal history dating back to 2020, which I found implausible given... my clean record and federal government clearance since 2017.Despite my protests, I was directed to dispute the issue with the screening company, a process that could take anywhere from 3 to 30 days. Perplexed by the frequency of such discrepancies, I questioned the rationale behind the company's reliance on this service, only to receive a vague response regarding the limited scope of the representative's responsibilities.Subsequently, I sought accommodations elsewhere and was swiftly approved for tenancy within hours, with the background check returning clear as anticipated. However, the resolution regarding my $200 holding fee proved arduous, requiring numerous calls and ultimately a four-week waiting period as communicated by the collections department.This prolonged and frustrating experience, compounded by the lack of communication and professionalism, has left me deeply dissatisfied. Despite the courteous demeanor of the leasing office staff, the inefficiencies within their processes and lack of accountability are evident. These houses in this neighborhood are way too expensive to have such poor service and maintenance. The new houses are falling apart with water damage and nails sticking out of carpet. Dog Poop all over the place and trash and over flowing with dog poop that have not been emptied in 6 or 7 months. It's disgusting.
