I lived here for a year. and was going to move out of state, so made all payments including the move-out fee which was 2 extra months rent, then even paid for the last months i lived there, guess what, i spent only 15 days for them to be able to clean up and get the apartment ready for the next occupant (so thoughtful right) Not knowing they were still going to take more advantage. They still took my Initial DEPOSIT! Common how can people be that Inconsiderate!!

The property does not worth if the manager and staff do not try to solve your problem and all the time want to charge you for nothing
I do not recommend this property. I am a PhD student and I work in university and part time out of university. I have research assistantship in my admission letter which states that just from this source I earn more than $30k/year. First time I stopped by their leasing office. They asked me to fill the application and pay the application fee. When I paid, they said that in my admission letter which is my proof of income, it has written that" Your financial support is contingent upon maintaining... “good standing” status in the department" and they did not accept it as proof of income. All different jobs would not last for ever if the person does not work properly but these people do not understand it. Next time I went there with another letter to sign the contract. They asked me to pay the application fee again because they already canceled my previous application without asking my opinion. So I decided to leave their property and never come back. $25 is nothing but they are making money in this way and forcing people to pay it again and again for these unreasonable excuses. The property is clean both inside and outside. However, my friends saw mice but rarely. The property does not worth if the manager and staff do not try to solve your problem and all the time want to charge you for nothing.
