Walking access to Restraunts, Shopping, A Brewery, Gardiner Waterfront Park/Kennebec River Boat Launch, and steps from the Kennebec River Rail Trail, which connects Gardiner to the Capital. Our building is tastefully remodled while still reflecting its character and charm, origianlly built in 1854! The apartment is open concept - with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the "living room" and a separate sitting room. With all the fantastic local restaurants within walking distance, you won't need the kitchen - it is modest, but serviceable for your stay, complete with a microwave, hot plate, large toaster oven and refrigerator.
