I lived here for one year and will never be back. The management is horrible takes multiple days to hear back about anything. They also don’t care what happens on property and if you have issues with other tenants as I was told “we don’t get involved in tenant affairs.” Other tenants love to smoke in their units even tho it’s not allowed on the property so all you smell is cigarette all the time. Your car can get vandalized (which happened to me) But again you can complain but they won’t... actually do anything about it cause again they don’t get involved in tenant affairs. They don’t care about your safety here so don’t even bother.

Yarniouth Pt, has been my home for 10 yrs..Great location! I love the "New" Yarmouth Pt. New outside and a new "look" in side..They have newly designed the Kitchens and Bedrooms with new large windows..The difference is Beautiful.I have a very "cheery" kitchen.and my Bedroom looks twice the size!.Yarmouth Pt.is lovely and has so much to offer..Whether, you are married, with or without children, or single, with pets, or without..this is the "Neighborhood" for you...Everything is within... walking distance.Pool, Lanundry rm a Basket ball ct..and a lovely "Workout rm" and this area offers so much more! Beautiful! Come and see for yourself!

I have lived in the Yarmouth Point apartment for about 5 years. I never felt insecure or anything. Their management is super fast. They are very understanding even if you have a payment problem, they accept the arrangement. We are surrounded by a very nice school with a very high state score. A nice sports hall, a nice swimming pool and a washing machine room.

We have been here for almost 10 years and there have been many improvements made during this time. Some of the details include new building insulation, new vinyl siding and storm doors, parking lots re-paved, upgraded lighting throughout and more. There is always something that needs attention but I can say that Maintenance is right on it due to the excellent office staff. That's why I rate Yarmouth Pointe with 5-Stars.
