The property looks wonderful, it has a pond, a pool. comes with a covered parking spot.. and that's where the good things end. While the units themselves aren't bad, expect the "landlord" special with paint over everything, included the vents and thermostat, as well as mismatching handles on your doors. You must walk up stairs to get into the building and then you are greeted with nasty stained carpet when you arrive in the building. The carpet is so dirty, with large dark stains and often... smells so horrific, one of the other residents puts a glade plug-in to cover the smell. You better hope you never have an issue here or you will be waiting weeks for it to be finished. Have been without AC for over 3 weeks now and have been told multiple different times that it would be fixed within the last two only for us to still be without AC. The latest update was that we were supposed to have AC today only for the new unit to be given to another resident. For a company that so called "prides itself in customer service" sure doesn't do a very good job. The rent for being as far as it is from downtown is pricy in my opinion and the few amenities don't make up for it. The only things within walking distance are a Meijer and a few fast food places.
