How Is This Rating Determined?

Prime housing...not location

This is a great building with many different types of units. Currently live in a 2 bedroom and it is great (walk in closets = awesome!). The company is very helpful if we ever need anything. Only downside is that it is a bit further from campus than most places and the surrounding neighborhood is a bit shabby and looks to be unsafe.
