Uptown feels like Home. An incredible working together community. Excellent response and Staff care, where each of the main players, Alex, Tamara, and Jeff are committed to giving the Best of themselves with genuine Care and Concern. I also appreciate the fact each goes the extra mile in doing more than might be asked and seem truly concerned and caring of each renter’s individual needs.

Very happy to have chosen Uptown to live. The community at Uptown is very welcoming and my apartment I really like. The staff here at Uptown are outstanding as well. I cannot say a bad thing about my decision to move to Uptown. I would and will recommend Uptown.

I have been pleased with the entire setup carefully crafted from the beginning within this community - from landscaping to the basic rules of the road. I truly feel at Home and it does have a feeling of Community. I am enjoying my modern apartment that has been carefully planned to met most modern needs. I personally feel safe and secure and so does my son. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the information provided with care from Tamara from the very beginning and who has been and... continues to be most kind, gracious, understanding, and incredibly helpful! I truly feel as though I have found a great Home in a lively most accommodating neighborhood!

We have lived at Uptown for 2 years now and love it. If we weren’t relocating out of state we would be staying here longer. The townhomes are beautiful and have so much natural light. The two car garages make a huge difference in making us feel settled, too. Maintenance is always very fast to respond and very friendly and courteous. We feel well taken care of in this community.
