Mold! Roaches!
Awful place! Management is awful! Won’t fix the mold in my apartment! Keep saying they will but have not and it’s been 7 months like this. Inspector said it’s uninhabitable but won’t let us transfer apartments or end our lease early!

The worse property I’ve ever lived at in 40 years of living
So after signing a lease and November 2016. I then had no heat. From then on, I have had to call in the fall and winter time at least two or three times a week just to get my heat fixed. Which obviously was never fixed. Here it is now going on November 2017 and still today. I do not have heat it has never been fixed properly. I have called maintenance at least over the my lease year 60 times or more. I have called the property owner property overnight and still no heat.
In the beginning of... October after needing a roof maybe 10 years ago. The property owners decided to have the roof fixed. Now that they attempted to do. I have 10 to 20 holes in my inner roof from the repairs they’ve done on the roof. In June, July and August I had major problems with my apartment flooding from a back door.
It took me to call and ask for repairs close to 10 times before a new door was put on. The property manager Pam is truly out of her league and does not know how to manage a property. Her main line is I would take care of it and then it’s not taking care of.

A Management
These last three month new management has done a 180. I've had to call for small repairs in my apartment. Within the next business day. Things have been taken care of to my high standards. Management and maintenance are by far a great team. Not only that but the grounds also look as if the company care. This is a very safe environment. I 100% feel as if there were any problem big or small. This young and new property manager will do her best. To take care of us "AS SHE HAS ALREADY"... shown.
