Hidden Gem on Golf Course
Awesome location, neighbors, cleanliness, and staff responsiveness. Fair rent prices with utilities included. Apartments are pretty small though.

BEST PLACE EVER
I love my apartment home! I adore Rachel and her staff is equally as wonderful. Ive lived in a few different apartments in my life but this one, by far, is the best all around!

Love living at Fairway!
We absolutely love living at Fairway! I did a ton of research on apartments in the Ann Arbor/Detroit area prior to moving in from out of state. Experience, affordability, and location are top rated. Not to mention, the staff is one of the best that I've ever worked with. I do feel there is room for improvement in aesthetics and amenities, but overall, 5 stars!

Sad to go
I really loved it here and I am sad to have left due to my job transfer. The move in/ move out process were extremely easy and the staff very accommodating to my schedule. Community is nice and friendly.

Rachel is amazing! Very professional and kind. My move in process was breeze because of her. The community is quiet and close to everything you would need. I highly recommend!
