The entire maintenance team communicates effectively and always meets requests in a timely manner, shoutout to them! And my apartment was very clean and upgraded with new flooring and lighting fixtures upon move-in. Also, the office staff is beyond helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. Overall a very comfortable community to live in!

This place will cheat you out of your money. Old appliances. Sewer smelling hallways and bathroom sink. The ceilings leak. The dish washer leaves rust. You pay for laundry and you pay a water bill. People got shot and killed here. The air conditioner went out 2 times. Maintenance is a joke and will leave you Wol nothing done correctly. The office pretends to care but they just want your money. People who say it’s a good place is lying. This is just the small list of issues.

I love my little apartment. Its clean and cozy. The grounds are well maintained and the hallways are cleaned once a week or so. Amy in the leasing office is so helpful and sweet. :)
