Do not rent here! The new management is just as bad as the last management. I have had leaks with my patio and bedroom since I have moved in. I have a huge hole in my floor and no one cares to even attempt to fix the issues. The outside of my building is collapsing. Air conditioning is always having issues in multiple buildings. Hot water is limited. You can send in multiple work orders and they just ignore them. When you complain or ask about your work orders they target you with lease... violations. Not worth what you pay in rent here! The positive reviews have to be written by the office, no one is happy here. Fixing the lawn and putting up signs is their priority not the residents and fixing the real issues

Great Place Great People
Since this property has been taken over by ID Group, residents have seen major improvements. The maintenance team is responsive and responds to requests quickly. The leasing agent is very welcoming and helpful. The property manager, Cathy, is phenomenal. She is a very hands-on type of property manager who always makes herself available when she is needed.

Mold's Gate
Minor issues are addressed but it's the larger issues you should worry about. Countless urgent care visits due to mold spores from massive leaks that have gone unaddressed for almost two years. The entire building is slowly sinking and there are noticeable cracks in the foundation. There are potholes throughout the property so deep, a full sized cone is barely visible. The mold is a problem and there's something about development of these buildings that makes them susceptible to spores which... includes property management and daddy's boys at ROCO.

Would live there again!
I have lived at Lions Gate on two separate occasions and have never had any problems. I have always received compliments on my “beautiful” apartment! Whenever I have had to call for maintenance (which was only one time right after I moved in) they came within 24 hrs and completed the job. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

This place is nasty
We moved here a few months ago. I am appalled at the maintenance staff and the office staff. They give you the run around about everything. The building is filthy. It has not been cleaned one time since we lived here. Within 1 week of living here I got a flat tire because there is glass everywhere around the dumpster area that I have to drive through to get to my building. People pile their trash bags at the dumpster instead of throwing them away. My refrigerator has been running non stop and... my first consumers bill was over $400. I wish I wouldn’t have moved here. Worst most expensive move of my life.
