The building is falling apart, there’s roaches, cold water comes out hot unless you run it for 20+ mins, and a plethora of other issues. It made my first renting experience awful and the security deposit check they gave me bounced and when I tried to make them aware I got no response

Roaches
I moved into these apartments and I had roaches. Couldn't afford to leave so I asked for help. They sent someone, didn't help. I've now been here almost a year, every time they send someone it gets better for a few days. But the whole building is infected beware.

Ok building
The building is pretty quite, but the parking sucks, the elevator is always broken, the washers/dryers are always broken + it’s only 4 of each which we share with the next door building, the water gets shut of often without notice and they have roaches that you see in your apartment, the stairs, and the elevator. Would I recommend probably not especially not at the price point but I don’t hate it I’m just not in love
