I currently live here and try to keep to myself, but am constantly running into issues with management over them over charging me and not repairing issues in the unit. Just this year, I have been over charged with unlabeled "fees" that management has no explanation for, my unit did not have heat for 2 weeks, the entire building did not have elevators multiple times for days at a time, the entire building also did not have hot water for a full week, and management does nothing about it. Most... recently, they emailed to let us know that our pool is out of order due to them not making the payments on it. If you choose to live here, good luck and keep an eye on your bills.

Not worth it
The building itself is nice but it is not maintained. Heating in apartments periodically goes out in the winter and units are too cold to stay in, the elevators are frequently not working, the property manager(s) have high turn over and don't seem to care, laundry is expensive and also frequently broken, and the garbage backs up a lot. You can tell the staff and property manager all you want but they don't seem to care. When I first moved in here, the property manager was amazing and cared about... the residents, since then we have had maybe 5 different property managers and the management has been terrible. This place is too expensive to have such terrible conditions and inconsiderate staff. I cannot wait until my lease ends and I can find somewhere that actually maintains their building.

Save your money, you can do better.
I am counting down the days until my lease is up here, which unfortunately isn't soon enough.
I'll start with the good: the concierge and maintenance staff are wonderful people, better than you'll find elsewhere. The couple of stars I'd give this place fully is because of them.
I'm writing this review at almost 2am because I have neighbors who have been screaming at each other for the last few hours. This isn't the first time and won't be the last. Even though the trash chute wasn't clogged... today, my floor still smelled like garbage because whether the chute is clogged or not, there's an out of control problem with people just dumping their trash on the trash room floor. Whether this is limited to my floor or a building-wide issue, I can't say, but it's pretty frequent. Finally, my bills have been substantially higher than I was told they would be. The leasing agent said that utilities never got higher than an additional $150 per month, which was only the case for the first couple of months I lived here and has been untrue ever since. In spite of paying more money than originally intended, I am already looking for a new place and intend on using my savings to pay double rent for a few months just to get out of here early if possible. I don't have extra money to spare, but I will jump at any opportunity to get out of here early if that's any indication of how things have been. For the amount it costs to live here you can do much, much better - or at least might have a chance at a single good night's sleep.

We love it here!
Management is friendly and attentive. There are no pest issues, only cleanliness issues from individuals. It's truly shameful what people will do to try and get some free rent. What you get vs what you pay for, is tremendous. Gated parking, electric, low cost utilities, and we're 5 minutes to downtown! The renovations are going to be super nice, and I can't wait to move into mine! Tracey the concierge has consistently been a delight. The building is also mostly concrete so the noise level for... an apartment is really good!

I've renewed twice, that says something
I've enjoyed my time with ECP. The staff has been great and responsive to any questions or concerns that have come up.
Ashley has really done a lot since she first came on to improve the building, including a lot of preventative maintenance, communications about events planned or resident reminders to help ensure a secure building, pest control, and swift action if an issue arises in the building. I know if there's anything needed or actioned she'll make sure it's addressed.
There is a lot of... coverage from the office and concierges to maintain a large level of building management and address resident needs. The primary concierge, Tracy, has been fantastic through the time I've spent in ECP and under Ashley and the previous property manager.
This place has a great proximity to downtown, making ventures for events, dining, concerts, or passage to Canada a short trip away. If you work in the downtown area the commute is short and void of slow-moving highway traffic jams, which I think anyone would rather avoid.
