Would not stay here
Management is the worst thing about this place I understand things happen but when they do management doesn’t care. If you have a maintenance requests look forward to not getting any updates or hearing from them until you personally go into the office.

Rodents and Pure Hell. No joke
Roaches, Nets, Flies, Mice. Only cosmetic work completed LITERALLY! All reviews are and will be true. I truly believe everyone here regrets moving here. They only take care of things that are literally important. Management appears to be so reassuring but they aren’t. I moved here for a temporary reason and this is the worst decision of my life. Ceilings falling in, washers and dryers stolen, management doesn’t communicate with tenants at all. They own other places in royal oak and Dearborn as... well. There’s other reviews out there as well regarding their other properties. The reviews on the companies website are FAKE. Notice they’re all 4 stars. There’s also rusty water here. I could go on and on. Stay away!

Cost more than it’s worth
When i moved in everything seemed perfect. They raise rent without notice. No utilities are included with rent wifi doesn’t work well in all units. All units have problems with water pipes my unit; personally my son room leaks during rain and my bathroom leaks from the unit above me. I don’t recommend anyone moved it any of the location

My costumer service experience was super fast!! The leasing agents were so quick even with COVID19 going on :) ive called the office over 20 times since applying and tori made sure she returned every call with every question answered! Im so happy with the team you guys have! Kyle is amazing at doing his job as well!! Stay blessed
