I lived here for one year. I paid a lot for a renovated apartment because I thought it would prevent issues. The renovation was not good - very poorly done and when I brought this up to management they did little to rectify the situation because it was all “cosmetic” - but I was paying the extra money for the renovations? Additionally there is a huge problem with leaking. My apartment was leaking and carpet was soaked. It lasted weeks and they continued to just give me a dehumidifier which was... constantly full - the apartment was not humid it was wet. It destroyed furniture. I have lived here at Lakeview since February 2016. I'm very pleased with my apartment and can't give enough praises for the way Angenla and Trish manage the facility. The maintenance department response time is great! The price is reasonable for the location.

I’ve been here for 6 months and I love it! Shout out to Angela & Tish they run the leasing office with grace & care??. The whole staff is kind & fast!
