I have lived here for 8 yrs. and and I love calling this place home. Greg the manager and his staff is respectful, polite and stays on top of the property up keep. All calls are answered promptly, and issues are addressed immediately. Botsford Apartments and Townhomes are a step above the rest!

Best place to live.
I've lived here for 5 years, and it is the best place I've lived. The manager always calls me back if I have to leave a message in the office. The maintenance team is always prompt and respectful. The property is very well maintained.

Excellent Place to Call Home
I've always notice this community due to having had to visit a loved one at the Botsford Hospital. I have checked it out now for quite some time and decided when I was going to move again that I should now attempt to make this my new home. Well finally after calling and calling due to lack of availability, I was told there is an apartment available for me with everything I am looking for and more. I am jumping for joy and very excited about my move,.!

House of Botsford the best!
I have nothing but great things to say about the complex. From signing of the contract to everyday living. Very clean maintnance is speedy. The complex is very well kept up from the apartment to the grounds. Two thumbs up!
