This is one of the worse places to choose to live in Flint, Michigan. Maintenance is horrible(video attached), the outside of the apartments is trashed which sucks because it’s surrounded by a nice neighborhood, the staff is rude, and their legal setup is unfair to renters. Four incidents I encountered that I called to put an order in about months ago still haven’t been fixed. All of my closets doors have been off track upon arrival which is very tacky. Another tenant broke my window and that... has yet to be fixed. Not to mention this is very dangerous being that I’m on the lower level and a single mother. Water has been dripping from my kitchen light fixture since LAST YEAR. I haven’t used that light in months due to it being absolutely unsafe. Only one of my five windows came with a screen. They came inside my apartment unannounced no 24 hour notice or no phone call to fix a shower head I haven’t complained about. Don’t even bother making complaints on neighbors they won’t even put it on file or follow up with the complaint. After excepting our part in losing the laundry card, the apartment manager was contacted many times in the last 3 weeks and every time she says that she just ordered the card and upon arrival will contact us she has not done any of the following and this is just on top of many things such as a peer that lives there and a sewage problem that was called and addressed it took them a month to clean and fix it she doesn't know what is pressing time and curtacy is

These apartments are not kid friendly there is no play ground or anything for the kids to do. The wall will not come clean no matter how much you clean them. The neighbors are loud all day and night. These are not good apartments. I can't wait my lease is up
