I am planning to move to Eastland Apartments towards the end of this year. I think the office team is amazing, more specifically Halie, she went above and beyond answering all of my questions and concerns when it came to moving, and she informed me of everything the apartment has to offer. She has also stayed connected with me giving me call back etc. I will be moving because of the amazing lengths she went to tell me how good of an apartment Eastland Apartments is.

Eastland is the best!
I submitted a maintenance request for my disposal not working this past Monday. Andy came the very next day and got it working in minutes! He even told me a trick to keep it running smoothly. The front office staff is great, super responsive maintenance team and an awesome manager. Eastland has been a great place to live.

Excellent place to stay
This has been a great place for me to stay. Aaron the manager is a very nice person and so caring too. The environment is so safe and friendly with friendly people too. Overall, this is an excellent place that I would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Grand rapids.

Maintenance issue
I had a plumbing issue in the shower/bath. Andy the maintenance guy was not only very professional but patient. Due to personal issues I had to reschedule the appointment 3 times. The issue was resolved. Andy is the best! Thank you Andy and all of the Staff from Aaron, Natalie, Katherine, Taylor and everyone else who works so hard to make this a great place to live.
